Yes To Birth by Rachel Yellin- Use NIEHUES for 20% off - guided relaxation and meditations for the birthing person to listen to alone and with the partner. They are great at guiding you in relaxation, connecting to your body, and preparing for and visualizing birth. This is a much more relatable version of Hypnobirthing.
Prenatal Yoga by Down Dog - A great app where you can customize the type of yoga, amount of time, the trimester you are in and focus on specific areas. As always, listen to your body on what feels good, but this is a great app to incorporate daily movement.
Prenatal Vitamins - Use MATERNALREVIVAL for 20% off your first order
Needed Prenatal Powder – Great for the mommas who hate taking pills. This prenatal is great for any stage trying to conceive, pregnant, and postpartum. It is packed with more vitamins and nutrients than the traditional prenatal, so starting with ¼ to ½ a scoop is suggested.
Needed Prenatal Essentials Capsules – This has the essential nutrients, but not at the optimal levels. This is a great prenatal if you know you are eating a whole diet or for the days when the powder might not be possible.
Check out their Omega 3 as well! They have a vegan one available too!
