All offerings are intended for informational, educational, and supportive purposes only and do not substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to engage with our Services. By using the website and/or purchasing Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for Services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in writing.
Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms. Maternal Revival, LLC is not responsible for any third-party payment processor errors.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are generally not provided once a service, course, or program has begun.

• Certain courses or offerings may have specific refund or cancellation policies detailed at the point of purchase.

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

For one-on-one services (including coaching and doula consultations):

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the session fee.

• No-shows are considered cancellations.

Maternal Revival, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, all reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the client.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, course materials, downloads, and written content, is owned by or licensed to Maternal Revival, LLC.

Content may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, transmitted, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

7. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

The Services provided are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
No information provided is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition or mental health condition.

9. Community Conduct

Participation in any circles, groups, or live sessions requires respectful and supportive behavior.
Maternal Revival, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from a service or offering without refund if behavior is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the community space.
