Lesson Two - Masculine Vs Feminine
We all have the masculine and feminine within us. The world that we walk through rewards the masculine parts of us to do and achieve. During pregnancy you are pulled out of the logical/masculine parts of us and into the feelings and being in your body. This can feel like A LOT, but it is preparing you to descend into the body for birth and to BE present with your baby.

Ritual - grounding practices for entering the unknowing
Rituals are any practices that bring you into this present moment and ground you here. This is so helpful as you enter this time of unknowing. These practices take you out of the mind and connect you to your body in this present moment. Allowing you to release all the stories of what could be, that exist in your mind. Allow your interest to guide you in what practices are most helpful for you and return to those daily.

Meet your instructor ✳
With over a decade of experience supporting women and families, I bring a deeply holistic and intuitive approach to my work as a Full-Spectrum Doula, Women’s Embodiment Guide, and Herbalist. My training includes birth, postpartum, and bereavement support, along with specialized education in pregnancy and postpartum wellness through my studies with renowned herbalist and midwife Dr. Aviva Romm, MD. I integrate trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and embodiment practices into my work, ensuring that every mother feels seen, heard, and empowered. In 2021, I studied Women’s Embodied Leadership with Julie Tenner, who guided me in deepening my skills in Feminine Embodied Leadership, Embodied Life Coaching and Counseling, and Women's Circle Facilitation. As the creator of the Mindfulness Childbirth Course and Women’s Circles, I am passionate about guiding women to trust their bodies, reconnect with their intuition, and experience birth and postpartum as deeply transformative rites of passage.
